Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship our products from Berlin, Germany.
Currently, we deliver within Germany as well as to other countries in the European Union (EU), and to Switzerland.

2. Shipping Costs

Germany: €6,00
EU countries: €14.50
Switzerland: €18

Free shipping in Germany: for orders over €100

Free Shipping in EU: for order over €250
Free Shipping in Switzerland. for order over €300

3. Shipping to Switzerland – Customs and Duties Information

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs such as import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the shipping carrier may apply.

These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer upon delivery.

4. Shipping Carriers

Shipments are usually made via DHL.
In some cases, Hermes may be used if it is more cost-effective or suitable.

5. Shipping Time

Within Germany: 2–4 business days
Within the EU, Switzerland : 5–10 business days

Please note: During Christmas or other peak periods, delivery may be delayed due to high demand on the part of the shipping carriers. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

7. Damages or Loss
