Description
A black haori with snow circle (yukiwa) and flower medallion motifs.
On a dark background, snow circles are scattered with chrysanthemums and other floral elements – a classic design that simultaneously exudes a subtle, elegant sophistication. Accents in gold threads, as well as shades of red and white, lend the piece a delicate vibrancy without disrupting its overall serene effect.
The back features a family crest (kamon), giving the haori a certain formality despite its fashionable nature. It skillfully combines elegance with everyday practicality.
The lining consists of white jacquard fabric with a woven pattern that stands out subtly and further emphasizes the high-quality appearance.
A vintage haori from the Shōwa period, particularly prized in this understated and stylish design. Its serene appearance makes it suitable for everyday wear as well as more formal occasions such as dinner parties or formal dinners.
*The lining has stains.
