This is a red summer haori from “Ro” (透け感のある絽の絹織物). Made without a lining, it appears particularly airy and pleasantly light – ideal for the warmer months.
On the back is a transparent pattern (透かし織り) created using a woven technique, resembling maple leaves (momiji). Depending on the light, the pattern elegantly emerges, giving the haori a sophisticated look.
The color is a deep, calm red – not garish, but very stylish and elegant. Perfect for summery kimono combinations, but also a beautiful accent in the cooler season for indoor events such as parties or functions.
