Description
This haori is based on a black base fabric and is completely decorated with fine patterns made of silver threads.
It is attributed to the early to middle Shōwa period. We list it as a vintage piece, but do not rule out a possible antique origin.
Subtle color accents in green and red give the design depth and an elegant look.
Although silver threads are woven across the entire surface, the haori does not appear obtrusive. Rather, a calm, balanced composition emerges, from which style and dignity naturally emanate.
On the back is an embroidered coat of arms, which further emphasizes the period character of the garment.
The lining may be partially made of synthetic fibers. Viewed in a historical context, this reflects the practical choice of materials and everyday usability of that time.
A Haori with a calm presence and noble aura.
For anyone who wants to add a subtle, special touch to their usual style.
Simply wearing this piece noticeably lifts the spirits.
