Black haori with subtly shimmering embroidery. The fabric is supple and has a matte, deep black surface. Subtle, slightly shimmering accents create an elegant focal point and underscore the piece's sophisticated appeal.
Probably from the mid to late Shōwa period (approx. 1950s–1970s). Instead of a striking all-over pattern, the design deliberately incorporates white space. The minimalist design and the subtle yet present embroidered family crest on the back lend the Haori a refined and dignified appearance.
There are a few tiny spots, about 1 mm in size, on the lining. They are not visible from the outside, but overall the Haori is in very good condition. You can tell it has been carefully cared for over the years.
Highly recommended for people who prefer a minimalist style and want to wear black with ease and elegance.
A piece that is not dependent on trends. A vintage haori with quiet strength.
